This interactive, expert facilitated, two-day masterclass will provide delegates with an opportunity to:

Learning Objectives:  
  • Develop Clinical Governance principles to support the delivery of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding frameworks for continuous quality improvement and safety in service delivery 
  • Understand operational application and breadth of the organisation wide clinical governance requirements 
  • Realise the relationship between risk quality and its application to the clinical governance framework and relevance to the NDIS Practice Standards 
  • Drive an effective clinical governance system to improve and maximise participant outcomes and facilitate a safe service delivery 
  • Understand what to measure and how to measure it to provide meaningful metrics and accountability and support an outcomes focussed organisation
  • Facilitate the development of best practice strategies for partnering with participants and their support network to drive a participant -centred care model  
  • Establish clear responsibilities to drive the accountability of the organisation and its staff  
  • Recognise the efficacy of effective utilisation and implementation of a range of Clinical Governance quality and risk tools to support and lead the organisation in a period of royal commission inquiry
