This interactive masterclass provides attendees with health check on the essential components of clinical governance best practices for disability service providers. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask any pressing questions or issues they’re facing to a quality and clinical governance expert in disability services. Attendees will also walk-away with a tool-kit of best practices, resources, and tips to start implementing immediately. 
 
  • Build the skills and confidence to lead a learning focused organisation and implement effective clinical governance principles to meet consumer’s clinical requirements 
  • Identify and prioritise their road map and action plan for change to assist in achieving staff and consumer expectations to reduce staff turnover and improve outcomes for consumers 
  • Implement frameworks, policies and procedures to help the organisation compliance with the relevant state quality standards and the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding frameworks and continued registration with the NDIS

  • Assist in establishing clear responsibilities to drive the accountability of health professions, client, their support network and the community 
  • Engage in risk management processes, continuous improvement  for effective reporting, monitoring and implementation of best practice
